Congrats to Traci Troup our February Employee of the Month!

Quala would like to recognize Traci Troup at our Shreveport, LA for her outstanding performance. As a new team member, Traci has been recognized by both her manager and regional management for making an immediate impact. Since joining the Company in October 2019, she has taken a proactive approach to reach out to customers to improve service and strengthen partnerships.   Her dedication to our core values shows in her commitment to the community. This past holiday season Traci organized a donation drive with both customers and the Shreveport team to raise money for a charitable cause. She doubled the funds by using a coupon to purchase Christmas gifts for underprivileged children. Her efforts were recognized by a local radio station that spotlighted her individually and Quala Shreveport team.
