Quala would like to recognize Johnney “Jay” Jones at our Columbus, GA location for his outstanding performance. Jay has proven to be a valuable asset to the team, his terminal, and our customers. When you ask people about Jay, they will tell you that he is loyal, dedicated, and caring. Jay and his team have received more customer compliments than any other Quala location. Jay goes above and beyond to ensure that the customers are receiving the best service possible from him and his team. He also jumps in cleaning tanks when he is short-handed to ensure that the work gets completed timely. His terminal excels in housekeeping, following policies and procedures, and meeting his P&L month over month. In addition, his terminal has had zero safety infractions since joining the Quala family (3,340 days). Jay exemplifies what we seek in our Facility Managers.
