That is why we are excited to announce our new customer portal, now available in QualaTrax, and updates to our pricing structure that will make it easier than ever for you to do business with us.
Our customer portal and the new system that sits behind it will enable us to give you a localized rate structure at every one of our terminals while making it easier than ever for team members at every level of your organization to view the prices you need in real-time for quoting and other activities.
Customers will now experience easy access to the following information via QualaTrax, Quala’s unique Customer Portal:
- Container Status: Use the container status tab to track your container’s progress during service and once service is complete.
- Pricing: Use the pricing tab to view your wash rates by service and terminal. Regarding our rates, we have decided to move away from the “pricing by groups” format and transition to a more localized pricing structure. Making this change will allow us to be more flexible with each terminal’s rates which will ultimately benefit our customers. As a result of breaking the groups apart, certain wash rates may change slightly. These minor changes will go into effect on January 1st, 2020.
- Invoice History: Download your invoices and back-up paperwork under the Invoice History tab. Sort data by container number, facility, invoice, sales order, date, or purchase order number.
- Container History: Use the container history tab to track prior services at Quala by container number, facility, status (clean, dirty, etc), and date/time the container has been present within the facility.
